A tracker that measures instead of assuming
Macronaut is a macro-tracking app for people who train seriously and are tired of apps that nag, guess, or gamify. It exists because the standard approach — take a formula, produce a calorie number, then blame the user when the scale disagrees — is the wrong way round.
Macronaut starts with the same estimate everyone else does, then stops trusting it. It watches what you actually log and how your trend weight actually moves, and adjusts your targets to match the body in front of it. When there isn't enough data yet to say something useful, it says so.
- Scan barcodes and nutrition labels
- Log meals, water, weight and supplements
- Calorie and macro rings, diary, 7-day trends
- Micronutrients and diet presets, including custom splits
- Pantry, meal prep scheduling and grocery lists
- AI recipes built from what you already own
- Dark by design — it gets used at 6am and at 9pm
- States numbers plainly and shows the reasoning
- No guilt, no hype, no burn-fat-fast claims
- English and Swedish
- No ads, no advertising SDKs, no data sale
- Account deletion in the app, effective immediately
Over the last 28 days you logged food on 24 of them and your trend weight fell 0.42 kg per week. That tells us more about your metabolism than the starting estimate did.
