Download or delete your data

Your account is yours. Deleting it is a single action inside the App and takes effect immediately — we don't hold a copy in reserve. Exports and any other request go to one email address, answered by a person.

Delete your account — in the app

Profile → Delete Account

Open Macronaut and go to the Profile tab.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

Confirm. Your profile, food logs, weight history, favourites, meal preps, pantry items and reminders are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Deleting your account does not cancel a PRO subscription — subscriptions are held by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or it will keep renewing.

Can't sign in to reach the screen? Email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

Get a copy of your data

Email us for an export

Send a message from the email address on your account with the subject Data export. You get a machine-readable file containing your profile, logs, weight history, pantry and meal preps within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Correction, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a question about how something is handled — same address. Say which right you're exercising and we will confirm within 30 days.
